Wow, how this year 's just flown by, I hope it's been one joy filled, happy holiday for YOU! It's the giving time of year again, an occasion to show your love for your fellow man... but "Love's always in season and always so warm! Till my days on earth are through I will spend Christmas to Christmas lovin" everyone (all nonviolent, self-governors, all rebels with just cause)! Thank YOU for all you do for reform! The American dream fulfilled is, "for the power of love to overcome the love of power." We will overcome this hokey pokey system of dysfunction! We are not addicted to the hokey pokey and we can turn ourselves around. Return to our roots in self-government or the freedom philosophy, both economic and personal!

It is morally bankrupt to arrest nonviolent people for making a safer health choice, cannabis or marijuana, compared to other medicinal/social drugs. It is scandalous, contrived reefer madness!

Many leaders are outright servants of tyranny; good at ignoring the rule of law, history and science while catering to the needs of special interests but awful bad at determining what is best or safer for the individual or society.

The tobacco, alcohol and prescription drug gangs cause more death annually than all illicit drugs! Moral bankruptcy destroys US!

The people believe in self-government and self-medication. Jury nullification is a Constitutional power tool we the people pack.

The drug laws have created a real civil liberties horror story. Unjust laws lead to a prevalent disrespect for all law. Unjust laws make folks feel justified in breaking them and other laws.

Prisons propagate crime, violence and sexual deviance. Putting nonviolent offenders in this breeding ground is policy bordering on insanity.

The US with only 5% of the world's population locks up 25% of the world's prisoners that, computes to more than one out of every 100 US adults being incarcerated and one in every 71 adults in Texas!

Now is the time for American lovers to unite and insist American warriors get their adrenaline rush catching murderers and other violent predators. Drug treatment is at least seven times less costly than prison. Regulation, science based education and treating abuse as a medical problem is a better drug policy that increases public safety and harm reduction plus frees up billions in wasted funds to use incarcerating the violent and sexual predators.

According to the most recent statistics provided by state law enforcement to the FBI, over 88% of all motor vehicle thefts and 71% of burglaries, including home invasions, more than 35% of the murders and almost 60% of the rapes went unsolved by police.

Across America paramilitary drug raids trigger violence rather than lessen the risk. It is called, "Overkill" to use such force on a nonviolent health issue. This unconscionable bloodshed is on the hands of leadership as much as those who pulled the trigger or did the actual butchering and torturing. It is a policy created problem.

No wonder Breaking Bad is so popular! The horrors of meth are triggered by our insane policy. Since the 1930s methamphetamine has been safely manufactured as a legal drug. Today it is routinely prescribed for children with ADHD. Only when its manufacture is forced underground does it become dangerous. Just as legal distilleries make whiskey safely now, yet during the Noble Experiment from which we learned nothing, small illegal stills poisoned users or exploded and burned, causing major public safety problems. Moonshine stills burned down forests and polluted rivers during our first failed prohibition.

Freedom to make what might be considered bad decisions, by some is implicit in being free to make good ones. "If we are only free to make good decisions, we are not really free." US Congressman Ron Paul notes.

Prohibition has become a war on parental authority, local government decision making and free speech, not to mention freedom of choice. Current policies destroy families and official lawlessness rules. Alcohol makes domestic violence 8 xs more likely, cannabis does not. Taking children out of homes of nonviolent cannabis users and placing them in homes in which alcohol is the drug of choice is discrimination and senseless! Meanwhile, damage from fetal alcohol syndrome fills our prisons with folks who can not comprehend the consequences for their actions!.!.

."Charlotte's Web," a marijuana strain containing mostly CBD is being effectively used in Colorado to treat children with epilepsy, and some families are even moving to Colorado because of how successful it has been.

Cannabis oil is that cure all some of our ancestors used! Thank God, they did not let us all be brain washed into forgetfulness about the wonder of it! Oooops they spilled the beans, in spite of the oppression promoted by medical profiteers.

Taking property from people who have made a safer health choice is legalized discrimination and extortion! States seized $1.52 billion in 2007 We must stop the epidemic of “policing for profit!” Asset forfeiture changes police priorities to be more about gathering revenue than public safety. Forfeiture practices have gutted a number of core Constitutional and legal mechanisms important to the impartial administration of justice: the rights to due process and the right to a fair trial. It has victimized many innocent citizens! End asset forfeiture! We owe reparations to people for all this tyranny.

Mandatory sentencing laws force punishment so extreme, so irrational, so wildly disproportionate to the crime that it defies logical explanation. End this cruel and ineffective practice!

Americans deserve policies that build family bonds instead of destroying them. Our children deserve an education free of lies, half truths, innuendoes and any similar government propaganda.

We just have to love our kids, teach them that their body is the temple for their soul and hope they make the right choices for themselves. You can't live their lives for them; they will not allow it. Independent individuals will eventually throw off the bonds of tyrannical parents and big government tyranny and oppression.

If more could use safer cannabis to replace dangerous opiates and other harmful pharmaceuticals or tobacco, many more lives would be saved. Cannabis can help addicts get off hard drugs like alcohol, cocaine and heroine. Show tolerance and compassion!

If those who could report overdose to medical personnel did not fear arrest, overdoses would virtually disappear.

Get tough on crime by being totally tenacious about solving more homicides, sex crimes and fraud. Really violent, dangerous predators roam free and rape kits go unprocessed while our precious resources are depleted chasing nonviolent drug users. Drug warriors can get their adrenaline rush catching murderers, pedophiles and other sexual predators!

Its not a perfect answer just better.

Show fiscal responsibility, demand morally correct drug policy! Restore Justice, the guardian of liberty!

No worries! Zero deaths from use of cannabis. As Mark Twain said, "Wrinkles should merely indicate where the smiles have been,”

The Colorado Amendment 64 allows adults to grow marijuana. For an adult 21 and older, it removes all state legal penalties for the home growing of up to six marijuana plants (only three of which may be mature) in an enclosed, locked space. Adults 21 and older are also allowed to give away their marijuana (including marijuana they grew) to other adults who are 21 and older. The law does not allow adults to receive any money in exchange for the marijuana grown at home.

For those who believe in more taxation, official projections for state tax revenue in Colorado for 2014 from marijuana sales was $70 million. Texas could reasonably expect $350 million if we modeled their system and used the same tax rates, since we are 5 times larger in population (26 million v. 5 million)!

That is sales tax but to get my vote, NO TAX worries for anyone having a few plants in the garden along with the tomatoes, etc. for their own use would have to be part of the regulation. If they grow for medicinal reasons and process their own oil, Colorado's new regulation may be far too limited.

Straight scale up on population: Washington has 6,897,012 population and now has 1,700 cannabis business applications. Texas has 26,059,203 population could get roughly 6,400 cannabis business applications.

Jesus, that great liberator, taught self-government, the defining principle of American government. Our Founding Documents are based on principles that Christians and many other faiths hold dear. The Holy Spirit lives in all of us, whether we acknowledge it or not! It is the part of us that is eternal and strives for good over evil.

All who follow a code of ethics or principles are self-governors. Our system is meant to protect the self-governors from those without ethics and principles; perpetrators of fraud, rape and violence. The state does not run the affairs of people in a free society. It upholds justice between people who conduct their own affairs.

A declaration is an affirmation. Independence means self-government. They could have called it, The Affirmation of Self-Government. However I am sure we can all agree, The Declaration of Independence, sounds way more cool! Our founding document, announces and asserts our affirmation of self-government; freedom and liberty for all.

Uruguay chooses Self-Government!! This year same-sex marriage and cannabis were legalized. "Uruguay frequently ranks as one of the most developed and prosperous countries in Latin America. It is bordered by Argentina to its west and Brazil to its north and east, with the Atlantic Ocean to the south and southeast. Uruguay is home to 3.3 million people." Many believe Jamaica will be next to legalize this healing plant.

No fear! Be brave, end the terror by changing our intrusive, big-bully policies, both foreign and domestic. The monetary and environmental costs are staggering and the human suffering unconscionable.

George Carlin says," It's called 'The American Dream.' because you have to be asleep to believe it!" Liberty takes eternal vigilance so being asleep at the wheel just doesn't work. It produces a hokey pokey system of Law, Presidential, Congressional, Bureaucratic, Electoral and Military Dysfunction!!!!

"It is the duty of the patriot to protect his country from its government," according to Thomas Paine, an inspiration to our Founding Fathers.

The rape of justice, the guardian of liberty is an assault on the American dream! Big government or the establishment ideology of unethical capitalism and welfare-warfare statism is an assault on the American dream. Morally bankrupt profiteers are well on their way to killing the American dream of self government free of big government tyranny and oppression! Let ethics and the free market rule!

Correspondent Mo Rocca ends this telling bit of video making on a ironic note, "The key to fixing Electoral Dysfunction... is voting!" The electoral college is obsolete, a relic of an age when travel was difficult and counting ballots even more problematic than it is today. Get rid of it!

Our founders knew big government would always mean a gang of evil doers, often hiding tyranny under the guise of good intentions. Sometimes a great notion comes along that can save a great nation!

"I have come to hate war!" Just as President Eisenhower did. Having the power to protect ourselves is one thing being an aggressor, killing civilians, using torture - these go beyond what I believe is right and I do not condone or support such actions!!

True patriots, lovers of liberty, insist morally bankrupt US warriors are held responsible for torture and wars abandoning our ideal of nonintervention. The world knows they violated international law. They are traitors to the republic for which we stand. We will be derelict in our duties to maintain an in fact, free republic if we don't insist on it.

The predatory capitalists such as the morally bankrupt banksters, the military industrial complex and other empire builders with leaders in their pockets are the evil doers our founding documents are meant to protect us from. They make capitalism abhorrent with their predatory capitalism. Predatory capitalism due to big government interference and protection destroys people, benign or ethical capitalism, America's founders' vision of the free market, creates a world of abundance for all.

Write your Congress people suggest a Constitutional Amendment: All officials who take the oath to follow the Constitution will be graded on keeping their word and will not be allowed to run for office again without a grade of 90%-100% of the time for following the Constitution for their current term.

Fix our broken system by prosecuting those who take the oath but don't follow the Constitution. The Freedom Index: A Congressional Scorecard Based on the US Constitution is one super cool tool!! What's wrong is they swear to uphold our Constitution but too many DO NOT!

Fixing Congress with Fair Representation Voting, end gerrymandering!

I salute true patriots, rebels with just cause who do everything they are able to do to realize the American dream! A dream worth striving for: of self-government; freedom from big government tyranny and oppression! Strengthen our system, set it to rights! Escape from tyranny! Support a free market economy! End Lobbying!

The real cause of this huge quagmire of failed policy is the beast, big government, that money hungry beast, Uncle Sam! Ma Freedom tells it like it is! The beauty of it is when we focus on down-sizing our government we regain our roots of self-government and secure the blessings of liberty for future generations and ourselves.
