In order to secure unalienable rights, "endowed by our Creator," we institute government, we consent to its just powers. But we have patiently suffered "a long train of abuses" designed to reduce us to the control of arbitrary, absolute, tyrannical government. The Declaration of Independence asserted our right, our duty, "to alter or to abolish" such government and institute a form of government more likely to "effect our safety and happiness" now and in the future.
Save the American Dream, self-government; freedom from big government corruption and oppression. We have the potent tool of nonviolent civil disobedience to effect positive change. True patriots are rebels with just cause.
I may be "as corny as Kansas in August, high as a flag on the 4th of July but I'm in love, I'm in love, I'm in love " with the American dream and I use all the brains I have and all those I can borrow to save it. I encourage you to do the same.
"It's time for us to move into open rebellion." We have no interest in non-debates where political hopefuls agree with each other. We have lost faith in politicians and are no longer being seduced by the authoritarian regimes' media diversions. We can no longer expect elections to save us; giving those our vote who pervert and subvert our Founding Documents, our principles, merely endorses their criminality.
DENY CONSENT! Tell Congress, they have no legitimacy! Tell them, their dictates and actions are criminal. Tell the servants of tyranny they do not have our consent to police the world, the market or what we, as individuals choose as our medicinal/social drugs.
Tell them to remember our First Presidents biggest concern, "My first wish is to see this plague of mankind, war, banished from the earth." DENY CONSENT Bombard the tyrants! Withdraw your consent frequently, repeatedly!
"Over grown military establishments are under any form of government inauspicious to liberty, and are to be regarded as particularly hostile to republican liberty." Washington declared! He would be appalled at the size and scope of our military industrial complex and militarized law enforcement today. Let the warmongers and oppressors fall into the abyss to never be heard from again.
Obamacare (one group imposing its will on others using threats backed by guns, dressed up as law) being upheld by the Supreme Court is criminal! Our Founding Fathers knew big government would always mean a gang of evil doers. Violent, hate filled, morally bankrupt, servants of tyranny, authoritarian warmongers use fear and propaganda to make us more accepting of their waste of our precious lives and resources.
Money makes the world go round but greed (the love of money) is the root of almost all evil.. Our republic is dangerously close to becoming a kleptocracy. The best tools we have to tame the beast (big government) are transparency, education and ethics with a keen focus on down-sizing to regain our roots of self-government.
We are in the grip of a mob who care nothing about what we want. Microsoft gave only $50,000 to political campaigns in 1996, but $2.3 million in 2010, including maximum donations to Orrin Hatch. Why the big change? Senator Hatch constantly used his Judiciary Committee to harass Microsoft. He even warned the company that they would need to play the Washington game or suffer the consequences. That's exactly how a gangland protection racket works, and it's how our tyrannical "government" works too.
Hatch's strong arm tactics motivated Microsoft to spend more than $100 million on protection payments. Much of this money was used to hire former members of Congress and Capitol Hill staffers -- the "made men" of the gang of evil doers.
As Carney in The Washington Examiner explains it, "Wal-Mart underwent this same shakedown last decade. Then the hedge funds caught the eye of Washington. Next on the menu is Apple. This is how Washington increases its power and its wealth."
Our political gangsters like to blame things on "corporate greed," but the politician's greed is as real a problem. They are part of the 1% that the Occupy Movement needs to focus on. No executive from Microsoft or Wal-Mart or Apple ever threatened anyone with prosecution for failing to buy their products.
The comparison between the peaceful free market and the backed by enforcement guns, government controlled market is stark. Ethical corporations provide products and services that improve our lives, give us employment and pay dividends that help fund our retirement.
Statist politicians take our money with threats of law enforcement guns backing them and use it to fund things we often don't want, or actively hate. We must submit on threat of prosecution. Equally bad, the political gangsters corrupt peaceful companies like Microsoft. They make them join the Mob.
If our business was at stake we might do exactly what Bill Gates did; join the criminals, become part of the problem. Business owners feel compelled to fund DC lobbying operations to protect themselves from the politicians and to seek legal advantages over the competition! We must end this criminality.
Morally bankrupt financiers, empire builders and leaders in their pockets make capitalism abhorrent with their predatory capitalism. Predatory capitalism due to big government interference and protection destroys people. Benign or ethical capitalism, America's founders' vision of the free market, creates a world of abundance for all.
Remember George Washington implored us to, "Labor to keep alive in your breast that little spark of celestial fire, called conscience."
The SPIRIT of 1776 was the HOLY SPIRIT and is our TRUE NORTH!
A declaration is an affirmation. Independence means self-government. They could have called it, The Affirmation of Self-Government. However I am sure we can all agree, The Declaration of Independence, sounds way more cool! "Governments derive their just powers from the consent of the governed."
Focus only on the bottom line means, "Is it moral or legal?"changes to: "Is it cost effect to disobey the law or compromise the ethics of do no harm?"
WE, the consumers, are all powerful! We can refuse to buy from morally bankrupt, cannibal capitalists; sellers responsible for causing harm, destroying people or our environment. The free market is a more powerful and efficient regulator than government.
Today mass communication, mobile camera phones, social networking and other high-technologies allow us to band together and form a powerful united front for good over evil more easily and quickly than ever before. The web is the fastest growing communications medium in the history of the world. A powerful tool, a window of opportunity, in our war of good over evil; the Internet continues to revolutionize the way we communicate and has enormous potential for reshaping the political process.
"Knowledge will forever govern ignorance; and a people who mean to be their own governors must arm themselves with the power which knowledge gives," affirmed Madison, the primary author of the Constitution . He would be astounded by the access to information we have today.
The real visionaries, who laid down America's laws, those who defined what an American patriot would be, were rebels with just cause. It's not just our right it's an American's patriotic duty to rebel against big government corruption and oppression.
All who follow a code of ethics or principles are self-governors. Our system is meant to protect the self-governors from those without ethics and principles, perpetrators of fraud, rape and violence. The state does not run the affairs of people in a free society. It upholds justice between people who conduct their own affairs.
The people believe in self-government and self-medication.

In an Obamanation of our founding principles, this administration ejected medical marijuana patients from the workplace, threw them out of public housing, took away their ability to buy a gun, closed down their dispensaries and has shown total disregard for the lives and safer choices of American citizens including our injured veterans.
The main tool servants of tyranny, gun control freaks and racists use these days to extend their agenda is Drug War II.
The use of confidential informants corrupts law enforcement and endangers the community. What we have is a soft on crime, out-of-control, morally bankrupt justice system. I am afraid perpetrators of violence and rape roam free while we police nonviolent drug use!
Politicians who use the, "they don't
want to be considered soft on crime" argument for continuing DWII are
ignorant of science and history or have minds like concrete: totally mixed
up and permanently set. Most of the unconscionable warmongers are profiting,
probably under the table, on the suffering of others with this demented,
irrational policy.

Changing who's in charge will not affect much. The real cause of this huge quagmire of failed policy is the beast, big government, that money hungry beast, Uncle Sam! Ma Freedom tells it like it is!
