Our Declaration of Independence is the most important of all our documents. Along with the Magna Carta and the Bill of Rights, it is one of the three greatest documents of the English-speaking world. The fifty-six Signers mutually pledged their lives, their fortunes, and their sacred honor in the cause of liberty. The Declaration was inspired by a higher purpose for humanity. No other patriotic document has ever produced such successful, beneficial and far-reaching results.

A declaration is an affirmation. Independence means self-government. They could have called it, The Affirmation of Self-Government. However I am sure we can all agree, The Declaration of Independence, sounds way more cool! Our founding document, announces and asserts our affirmation of self-government; freedom and liberty for all.

The people believe in self-government and self-medication. Perhaps you thought Uncle Sam was a benevolent spirit but harassing disabled, sick and dying citizens over their medicinal drug of choice is despicable and the most un-American activity I can think of!

Throughout history, big government has caused more harm than good; often hiding tyranny under the guise of good intentions. Our founders knew big government would always mean a gang of evildoers. The Spirit of 1776 was the Holy Spirit and is our true North.

The Founding Fathers warned us to be diligent in protecting our freedom and not let things get out of our control. Ooooops!

Changing who's in charge will not affect much. The real cause of this huge quagmire of failed policy is the beast, big government, that money hungry beast, Uncle Sam! Ma Freedom tells it like it is! The beauty of it is when we focus on down-sizing our government we regain our roots of self-government and secure the blessings of liberty for future generations and ourselves.

Leaders responsible for current quagmire will one day answer to a higher power for their crimes against humanity. It's time to end the terror by changing our intrusive, big-bully policies, both foreign and domestic. The monetary costs are staggering and the human suffering unconscionable.

Thanks in advance for your consideration of The Declaration of Independence II. Since it is almost word for word the original Declaration, only exchanging our current servants of tyranny for our past, King George, I think it makes a valid point. We are back where we started.

The next step after Dec. II would be to ratify our original Constitution with few of the Amendments, making null and void a lot of the Bureaucracy.

When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for the American people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.--That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, --That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.--Such has been the patient sufferance of these United States; and such is now the necessity which constrains US to alter our former Systems of Government. The history of our Republic becoming an oligarchy is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having the direct objective of the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world.

Morally bankrupt financiers, empire builders and leaders in their pockets (AKA the oligarchy hereafter to be known as Uncle Sam) make capitalism abhorrent with their predatory capitalism. Predatory capitalism due to big government interference and protection destroys people, benign or ethical capitalism, America's founders' vision of the free market, creates a world of abundance for all.

Uncle Sam has refused to Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good.

Uncle Sam has turned our election process into an exercise in futility.

Uncle Sam has erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms of Bureaucrats to harass our people, and eat out their substance.

Uncle Sam has affected to render the Military independent of and superior to the Civil power.

Uncle Sam has combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution and unacknowledged by our laws; giving Assent to their Acts of pretended Legislation.

Uncle Sam has imposed Taxes on us without our Consent.

Uncle Sam has abolished our most valuable Laws, and altered fundamentally the Forms of our Governments:

Uncle Sam has plundered our coffers, ravaged our liberties, destroyed families and the lives of many of US.

Uncle Sam is at this time transporting our troops to complete the works of death, desolation and tyranny, already begun with circumstances of Cruelty & perfidy scarcely paralleled in the most barbarous ages, totally unworthy of a civilized nation.

In every stage of these Oppressions We have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble terms: Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated injury. Leadership whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to guide a free people.

We have warned the servants of tyranny from time to time of attempts by legislation to extend an unwarrantable jurisdiction over us. Must we constantly remind them of the circumstances of our emigration and settlement here? We have appealed to their native justice and magnanimity, and we have conjured them by the ties of our common kindred to disavow these usurpations, which, would inevitably interrupt our connections and correspondence. They have been deaf to the voice of justice and of consanguinity. We must, therefore, acquiesce in the necessity, which denies our consent to their control and hold them accountable for crimes against humanity.

We, therefore, the people of the United States of America, through the great communication tool, the Internet, appealing for the rectitude of our intentions, do solemnly publish and declare, That these United States are, and of Right ought to be Free and Independent States; that they are Absolved from all Allegiance to the servants of tyranny currently in power and that all political connection between them is and ought to be totally dissolved; and that as Free and Independent States, they have full Power to levy War, conclude Peace, contract Alliances, establish Commerce, and to do all other Acts and Things which Independent States may of right do. And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor.
